Newly built for 2015, the three luxury Aegean Horizon Villas, each sleeping 8 people, each has private swimming pools, beautiful furnishings and fittings, and enjoy fabulous sea views. They are in a great location that is within walking distance to the picturesque village of Gennadi. In an elevated position, overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside, the villas offer a relaxing idyll, for the more discerning guest, and a great base for exploring the magical island of Rhodes.

Providing spacious accommodation, each villa is private from one other and are a very generous 133 square metres in size. Their ground floors are open-plan with modern lighting, and the living rooms each have two comfortable three seater settees (one of which converts to a double bed) and a dining area with an extending table and 8 chairs. The fully fitted modern kitchens have a range of quality appliances which include a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and microwave. A large 40 inch plasma screen satellite TV is available, in the living area, along with a DVD player and WiFi internet connection.

Three large bedrooms are located on the first floors of the villas and are accessed via a marble staircase that leads to a large landing which has an unusual glass roof to allow each villa to be bathed in light.

At the front of the villas the master bedrooms each have superb views of the sea. With a comfortable double bed and large floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, the rooms have a vanity unit with a mirror over, a chair and two bedside tables with lamps. The beautiful en-suite bathroom is complete with marble fittings, a powerful Jacuzzi type jet shower, modern square sink and WC.. The en-suite also benefits from extra light via a large window. Adjoining each master bedroom is a large balcony, with table and chairs, making them an ideal place to have your morning coffee or to unwind at the end of the day admiring the magnificent views

The second bedroom, in each villa, also benefit from large floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. A balcony, with table and chairs, provides views to the sea, village, and the surrounding mountains.

To the back of the villas the third bedroom also has convertible single beds, large floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and balcony with table and chairs and gorgeous views of the countryside.

For guests’ added security, the owners have provided a safety deposit box in the wardrobe of each bedroom.

The family bathroom is also situated on the first floor and has deluxe marble fittings, a bath, with an overhead shower, and modern square sink and WC.

Each villa has its own swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, and guests will welcome spending time, in the hot temperatures, sitting at the wooden dining table which is perfectly positioned to dine in the shade, under an attractive arched area. A purpose built BBQ is on-hand for your pleasure as is an outside shower under which to cool down before and after your swim.

Only 250 metres walk away from the traditional village of Gennadi, with its shops, tavernas and restaurants, the villas are also a distance of approximately 550 metres to the beach.

Ideal for families, friends or for a romantic getaway, the villas are also perfect for couples getting married in Rhodes. All three villas can be booked together to provide maximum accommodation for up to 24 guests, plus babies in cots.
